- Adheres to the vision and direction of PM operational strategy established by the head of PM.
- Regularly monitors and evaluates PM operational performance to meet company objectives.
- Coordinates cross functional activities to support decision making process at SBL.

- Develops detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Reports and escalates to management as needed.
- Effectively manages relationship with client and all pertinent stakeholders.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Interacts with executive leadership to optimize strategy and maximize efficiency in all operational aspects.
- Promotes programs and services to manufacture products in a cost-effective manner.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to Associate Project Managers.
- Completes required training prior to performing assigned job tasks and keeps training status up to date.

- At least 4 years of experience in PM, with strong client-facing and internal communication experience.  

- Solid technical background with understanding of biopharmaceutical Drug Product manufacturing process
