· Leading interaction design
and user experience by understanding customer needs, defining personas,
documenting use cases, creating designs, detailed wireframes and prototypes,
and conducting user testing
· Ensure interaction design
methods/processes are developed and executed in a manner which supports all
quality standards.
· Contribute to a program plan
of schedules, specifications, and resources for design aspects of a product
· Act as the primary
interaction design representative for product development on program teams
working with Software Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Service,
and Applications in resolving user requirement, design, and implementation
issues to satisfy business needs
· Work collaboratively with
engineering to ensure successful on-time delivery of user interfaces,
specifications and software that meets all usability, accessibility, safety
and other quality criteria
· Drive process improvement
activities as needed
